Fergal is passionate about leveraging creative design thinking to support scaling teams to build innovative propositions and scalable business models by leveraging both people and technology to create transformational opportunities in existing and new markets. FKelly Consulting was established in late 2019 to provide consulting services in proposition innovation and scaling to technology focused ventures in both early and later stage enterprises.

Leveraging over 20 years experience in innovation and proposition delivery in leadership roles across product management and marketing, commercial scaling and innovation and proposition strategy, Fergal supports executive teams with their challenges in new proposition development, building innovation and opportunity pipeline, scaling whole solutions and the delivered experience.
